Returns and refunds

Because many of our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for made-to-order items unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Eligibility for return:

• Must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused and have original packaging.
  If approved, we’ll arrange either a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
  Non-custom items (like standard patches or stickers) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item is faulty.
